Size and fit:

• Sizes: Women’s EU 36-41. Between sizes? Size up. Still unsure? Check the size chart.

• Fit: Arch support and a pivoting heel strap for a secure, adjustable fit.


Returns and exchanges

• Free exchange for a different size or colour within 7 days of delivery. One exchange per order.
• Returns can be raised within 7 days of delivery and cost ₹199. They’re free if the pair is defective.
• To raise an exchange or return, shoes must be clean and unworn, with tags and original straps attached.
• When returning or exchanging your shoes, keep the extra strap with you. The new pair you get in an exchange will work with the straps you already have.

It’s for women in healthcare on their feet all shift: doctors, interns, residents, nurses and students.
Your clogs come with a default strap attached, in the shoe’s colour, plus a free extra strap in a colour you choose. Straps detach in seconds, so you can switch your look anytime.

Only your extra strap can be engraved, for ₹199. Engraved orders take 3-5 extra days to ship.
Send back your shoes with their tags and original straps. Don’t send your extra or personalised strap, as it can’t be returned or exchanged. The new pair you get in an exchange will work with the straps you already have.
Rinse under water, or wipe with a damp cloth or disinfecting wipe. For tougher marks, use a soft brush and a drop of mild dish soap. Don’t soak them for long, and keep them away from direct heat and sunlight, which can shrink the EVA foam.
