Where is my order?

You can track your order using Order ID or AWB no. here: Track Order
You can also find your Order ID and AWB no. in the confirmation email or Whatsapp Message you sent to you earlier.

Can I change the shipping address for my order? Yes, sure! You can change the shipping address within 48 hrs for Embroidery Order, however for Non-Embroidery order, we can change the address if it is not dispatched. We generally try to dispatch your order within 12 hours to deliver your product to you asap. Please drop us an email at support@knya.in or WhatsApp us on +91 99872 00005.
Can I cancel my order?
  • Yes! In case of non-embroidery products, we accept order cancellation requests if the order is not dispatched from our warehouse.
  • In the case of embroidery products, we are so sorry, we would not be able to cancel the order as our team would have already started the custom embroidery process. Embroidery products are specially customized for you and cannot be resold.

Can I modify my order? For non-embroidery orders, we can modify your order if the order is not yet dispatched from our warehouse and for embroidery orders, we would not be able to modify the order as our team would have already started the custom embroidery process. I received an "Order Delivered" message but haven't received my package. What should I do? Don't worry! If you haven't received your package, please reach out to us within 24 hours of the delivery notification. What is Ecoflex? Is it really sustainable? Ecoflex is our specially developed fabric. The fabric is prepared from 100% recycled polyester made from recycled PET bottles found in the ocean waste. Yes, it is really sustainable and it has one of the lowest carbon footprints. The manufacturing process is traceable and can be validated with a Global Recycling Standard (GRS) certification.
What are Knya products made of?
  • The KNYA Med Classic Scrubs are made of Polyester Viscose blend fabric. The fabric is lighter and comfortable to wear for long hours.
  • The KNYA Med Ecoflex Scrubs are made from our special Ecoflex fabric which is prepared from 100% recycled polyester made from recycled PET bottles found in the ocean waste. The Ecoflex fabric is super soft, auto-clavable and sustainable.
  • Our shortsleeve and long sleeve underscrubs are made of 100% Pima Cotton.
Are Knya products tested for color bleeding and fabric quality? All our fabrics are lab tested by Testtex & Bombay Textile Research Association (BTRA) for important parameters such as color bleeding, pilling and yarn composition to name a few. We would be happy to share any certification and test reports with our customer, feel free to ask for it!
Which size of products would fit me?
  • Please check the size chart for KNYA Med lab coats and for scrub suits.
  • If you’re between the sizes and if you like wearing a loose fitting scrub or a lab coat, we recommend the bigger size, otherwise we recommend you go for the smaller one.
What options are available for custom embroidered products?
    We offer following options for custom embroidered products
  1. Single Line: Name of the medical professional.
  2. Double Line: Name of the medical professional with designation, department or medical institution, totally up to our Superhero!!.
  3. Icons/Logo: We have 6 pre-defined options available for icons with an option for an institutional logo of your choice.
Can I get the custom embroidery done on a Lab Coat? Yes, why not!
Why does it take 3-5 days to dispatch custom embroidery orders? Custom embroidery orders take a bit more time to perfect, we also perform quality checks to make sure they’re good for dispatch. This is why we take slightly longer to dispatch embroidery orders so you receive the best possible product from our end.
What is your Returns & Exchange Policy? We offer a hassle-free 7-days return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Refunds are initiated within 5 days after the return items are picked up. Please note that embroidery orders are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
How can I place a return or exchange request? To place a return or exchange request, please visit Return & Exchange Page. Our team will review and approve your request within 3 working days. Once approved, we will arrange pick up for the items within 2 working days.
How are return requests processed? Once your return request is approved, our logistics partner will pick up the items within 2 working days. The returned item will undergo quality checks, and refunds will be initiated within 5 days after the items are picked up.
What is the return policy for items bought during a sale period? Any items bought during the sale period do not qualify for a return. They are final sale items.
How will I receive the refund for my returned product? For prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method after a deduction of FLAT Rs 100 as a reverse shipment fee. For Cash on Delivery orders, you will receive store credits in the form of a Knya gift card sent to your registered email address.
When will the refund amount be credited to my account? Refunds are typically initiated within 5 days after the returned item passes quality checks. The entire process usually takes 7-10 working days.
I placed a COD order, how will I get my refund? For COD orders, you will receive store credits in the form of a Knya gift card, which will be sent to your registered email address. Please note that COD handling charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.
What will happen if I do not accept my order while it is out for delivery? As a standard practice, we attempt delivery 3 times, and we try reaching out to you. In case the order is not accepted, a standard deduction of INR 150 towards shipping charges will be applied during the refund process. This refund will be credited to you in the form of a Gift card.
How long does it take to exchange my product? The exchange process starts after the pickup of the old order. Typically, the entire process, from placing the exchange request to receiving the new product, takes 7-10 working days.
Can I do more than 1 exchange? Due to operational difficulties, we will only be able to exchange your order once. Our customer service agents are there to help you choose the right fit for you.

  • We recommend washing your scrubs at 40°C for 30 minutes with like colors and not with dark colors.
