What’s the minimum quantity required for a bulk order?

Minimum quantity is 10 scrubs/10 lab coat aprons for an order to be considered as a bulk order.

Can we mix colours or styles in a single bulk order?

Absolutely yes! A single bulk order gives you the option to include multiple colours, styles and sizes. You can even add custom embroidery to your scrubs or lab coat aprons with your hospital logo, name or custom icons.

How long does it take for a bulk order to be delivered?

Non-embroidered bulk orders are delivered within 5-7 days, whereas embroidered bulk orders are delivered within 12-14 days.

Are exchanges allowed for a bulk order?

Yes, we do provide exchanges on bulk orders. You can request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order, ensuring ample time to address any size or fit issues.

Can a bulk order be returned?

Right now, we do not accept returns on bulk orders. However, if you have any concerns, please do reach out to us and we’d be happy to assist you in any way we can.

Can we order only tops/only bottoms or different quantities of top and bottoms in a bulk order?

Yes. However, for these special orders, delivery timelines may vary.
