Haven is our women’s clog (EU 36 - 41). It has a closed top that keeps spills and sharp objects out, and a rubber outsole for grip on wet hospital floors. Wind is our men’s clog (EU 40–45). It has upper vents that let air through, so your feet stay cool and dry all shift. Both have soft EVA cushioning, arch support, massage bumps and swappable straps, and both come in Black and Navy Blue.

Haven comes in women’s EU 36 - 41 and Wind in men’s EU 40 - 45. If you’re between sizes, size up. If you’re still not sure, check the size chart. The pivoting heel strap also lets you adjust the fit.

Your clog comes with a default strap attached, in the same colour as the shoe. You also get a second strap, on us, in the colour of your choice. Colours include Rani, Blush, Butter, Snow and Mint for Haven, and Butter, Snow, Mint, Rust and Smoke for Wind. The straps come off in seconds, so you can match your scrubs, change your look, or tell your pair apart from a colleague’s. You can also get your name engraved on your second strap.

Yes. Engraving is a ₹199 add-on, available only on the second strap in the colour you chose. The default strap and the clog itself can’t be engraved. Engraving is in English capital letters, and you can also use full stops and spaces. Numbers, lowercase letters and other symbols aren’t allowed. Engraved orders take an extra 3–5 days to dispatch.

For everyday dirt, rinse them under water or wipe them with a damp cloth or disinfecting wipe. For tougher marks, use a soft brush with a drop of mild dish soap. They handle splashes well, but don’t leave them soaking in water for long. Keep them out of direct heat and sunlight, which can shrink the EVA foam.

If your clogs don’t fit or you’d like a different colour, you can exchange them for free within 7 days of delivery. One exchange is allowed per order. You can also return them within 7 days of delivery for a ₹199 charge, and the return is free if the pair is defective. To raise an exchange or return, your shoes need to be clean and unworn, with the tags and original straps still attached. Keep your second strap with you when you send the shoes back. Your new pair will work with the straps you already have. Your second strap can’t be returned or exchanged, whether it’s engraved or not.
