All items may be returned / exchanged within 7 days as long as the returned products are unused, unwashed with tags attached, in the state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
Please note that we do not accept returns on custom-made products. Embroidered items are also final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

To start the process just shoot us an email with your name, number and the product you would want to return/exchange, and we’ll initiate the process for you. Our delivery agent will come and pick up the piece from you and return it back to us. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund/exchange will be initiated.
In case of Exchange, the new piece will be couriered to you immediately.
In case of Refund, it usually takes between 7 to 10 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
